THIS INDEyTURE Made this 24 day of July, A.D. 1974, ~
Between NEVA C. STRONG, surviving widow of ALB~RT L. STRONG, ~
deceased, a single person of the County of ST. LUCIE and the ~
State of FLORIDA, party o~ the first part, z~nd A. H. CRO~, ,
Trustee and his successors in trust under a certain Trust
-Agreement dated March l, 1974, by NEVA C. ST~t023G, 3007 West
G7th, Shawnee Mission, Kansas 66208, of the County of
JOHNSON and State of KANSAS party of the second part,
«ITNESSETH, that the said party of t~ie first ~art,
for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other
valuable conside~ation to her in hand paid, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and trans-
ferred, and by these presents 3oes grant, bargain, se11 and
transf~r unto the said party of the second part and his suc-
cessors and assigns forever, all that certain parcel of land
lying and being in the Counicy of Sm. LUCIE, and State of
FLORIDA, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 588.35 feet South of the
rtorth~est Corner of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
Section 26, Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
running thence South 119.99 feet, thence East
parallel with the ~uarter section line to the
shore of the Indian River, thence in a North-
~ westerly direction along the shore of said
~ river approximately 130 feet to a point East
of the point of beginning and thence West
parallel with the quarter 5ection line to the
point of beginning, same being a oart of the
NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 and part of Governmen~ Lot 4
in Section 26, Tnwnship 35 South, Rangz 40 SS
~ East, toget2-ier with all improvements and
_ riparian rights connected with or appertaining

excepting from said property that part thereof . ~
conveye~ to the Florida East Coast Railway ~
Company, and subject to all existing right of
ways for public road purposes and taxes.
TOGETHER with all the icenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances, with every privile5e, right, title, interest and
estate, dower and riyht of dower, reversion, remainder and ease-
- ment thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining:
TO HAVE AtID TO HOLD the same in fee simple ~4rever.
And the said party of the first part does covenant with t
the said party of the second p~rt th~t she is lawfully seize~
of the said prer.iises, that they are free fram all incumbrances ~
~ and that she has good right and lawful authority to sell the
same; and the said party of the first part does hereby fully
warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same
ag~inst the lawful claims of sll persons whomsoever. ;
