Civit aad Crtminal Procedure; and that the Court must not permit the
i administration of justice to come to a hait due to the unavailaollity of

Unless an officiat court reportEr or his deputy is avattable
and present for reporting or the party or his attorney rec~~. ~sttng an un-

officiat reporter is respohsible for paying the unofficial reporter, atl
cont~sted proceedings, all other proceedings requ[red to be reported
and all discovery depositions shall be recorded by electronic means.

if the parties stipulate in writing, a dlscovery deposition may be taken ~
