This exhibit forms an integral part of Security Agreement ~
dated July -Z_Z. ,~974, between (~ulfstream Broadcasting Ca., Inc.,
a Florida Corporation, Debtor, and Global Development, Inc.,
Washington, Pennsylvania, Secured Paxty, securing promissory note in
the principal amount of Four Hundred Thousand Dollars (~400,OOQ.00).
The collateral covered by this Security Agreement is as
