~ LEASE AGREEME:~T , ~

by and between FORT PIERCE BROADCASTII~G CO., licensee of r~dio station,~
Y?'ARi~I, hereanafter designated Station, and HdWE ENTERPRISES, INC: ,
hereinafter designated Howe,
WITIIESSETH:
1. Station agrees to lease to Howe two sub-carrier frequency _
of its R+I transmitter, speci~ically 41 and 67 Kcs. All transmitting
equipment is to be provided by the Station.
2. r'ecessary space for two line amplifiers for the above charuiela
and power for same.
3. The services of the Station will be provided from 7:00 A.M.
until 12:00 midnight seven days a week, aaid~here-shall-be--~o-additiona~

4. The Station shall ?~ose no restriction as to prograrn eontent
on the above channels, provided Howe operates within the programning stan-
dards required by the FCC. .
5. The Station shall purehase a Belair main channel monitor
~ from Howe for the sum of 1t~elve Hundred Dollars ($1,200). Purchase
~ pra.ce is to be pa~-d upon installation of the manitqr.
6. The Station will permit How~ to order its own program lines
into ~e Stati~n main telephone frame. The cost of ir.stalling ~he _
lines and tlie maintenance thereof is to be paid by Howe.
7_ The Station shall maintain their transmission equipment accordin8
to the s~andard of good engineeririg practice as outlined by the FCC.
8. In the event the Station or a£utznce licensee were to change
the rr~ain channel monitors, to other than that specified herein,
licensee would assume responsibility of providing satisfactory sub- ~

channel monitoring equipment for the tenure of this lease. /
9. The Station agrees that i~ wi11 not use sub~channel music i~
n its main channel without written authOrizatiort from Hawe. ~
