• 10. Howe, or its assi~ees, shall have the right to terminafie
this lease asreement by givin~g the Station six months written notice;
provided that no sueh notice shall b~ effective until six months ~

after the start of the broadcasfis hereunder.
For and in consideration of the facilities and servicea to be ~ .
provided by the Station, Nowe agrees as follows: _
1. The term of this lease shall be for five years, _comnencing ,
February 1, 1970, and ending January 31, 197S. '
2. The rental shall be Seventy-five Dollars ($75) per month pay-
able in advance on or before January 15, 1970, provided that all ~
transmission equipment necessary for the performance of the terms
of this lease is installed and operational on said date. .
3. Howe agrees to install and maintain a Belair sub-channel

to use sn approved IIelair main ehannel monitor.
4. Howe fiirther agrees to purchase necessary~crystals for the
main channel monitor of the Station in ord~r that said monitor will
be pperational on the Station's current frequency.
5. Howe agrees to maintain and ir?sure all of its equi~ment
