This exhibit forms an integral part of Security Agreement
dated July _~2~,, 1974, between Gulfstream Broadcasting Co., Inc.,
a Florida corporation, Debtor, and First National Bank $ Trust Co.,
Washington, Pa., Secured Party, securing promissory note in the
principal amount of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars (a15Q,000.00).
The callateral covered by this Security Agreement is as

towers, and all other personal property located on the real estate
