2. All of the right, title and interest of the Debtor in,
to and under that certain Lease Agreement dated November 1, 1969,
between Fart Pierce Broadcasting Co. and Nowe Enterpriz~s, Inc., a
copy of which is attached her~to and marked Exhibit "B--1".
3. All equipment., furniture, furnishings and other
personal property listed in Exhibit ~'8-2", attached to and made a
part hereof.
~ 4. All structures, equipment and personal property, l[~t~iX
~CyXyiC~86~[~C~CX~dX~[i(~dt3C~C used in the operation of Radio Broadcasting
Stations I~ARN and WARN-FM, whether or not same are specifically
described in this Security Agreement.
S. Following a default hereunder an~ acceleration of
payment of the indebtedness secured hereby, Debtor agrees to execute
such documents and perform such other acts as may be necessary to
effectuate the transfer of all FCC Licenses and related authoriza-
tions of Standard Broadcast Stat~on WARN and FM Broadcast Station
WARN-FI?t to any person or corporation designated by tfi.e Secured
Party, provided the persc~n or corporation desig~ated has been
C approved by the FCG to own and hold said licenses and related author-
izations.
6. The collateral will be located at 3850 Metzger Road,
Fort Pierce, Florida, upon the real estate.hereinabove described.
