H~ARN, hereinafter designated Station, and HO~n1E ENTERPRISES, INC:,
hereinafter designated Howe, .
WITNESSETH: _
1, Station agrees to lease to Howe two sub-carrier frequency
of its ~1~i transmitter, speeifically 41 and 67 Kes. Al1 transmitfiing
e ipment is to be pi^ovided by the Station. ~

7. The Sfiation shall maintain their trarasmission equipment accordin8 f
to the standard of good engineeririg praetice as outlined by the FCC.
g. In the event the Statien or a futz~re licensee were to change ,

the main channel monitors, to qther than that specified herein, ~
licensee would assume resgonsibility of providinS satisfactory sub-
channel monitori~S eQuipment for the tenure o~ this lease.
