after the start of the broadcasts hereunder.
For ancl in considzration of the facilit~es and services to be ~
provided by the Statipn, HoWe agrees as follows: ;

1. The term of this lease shall be for five years, comneneing ~
February l, 1970, and endinS Januaz'Y 31, 1975.
2. The rental shall be Seventy-five Dollars ($75) Per month pay-
able an advance on or before January 15, 1970, provided that a11
~ransmission equipment necessary for the gerforn?ance of the terms ;
of this lease is installed and o~erational on said d2te.
3. Howe agrees ta ins~all and maintain a Belair sub-channel :

to use an approved Belair main channel monitor.
4. Howe further agrees to pw~hase necessary~erystals far the
rnain channel monitor Of the Station in order that said r,ionitor wi1.l
be operational on the Station's current €requency.
S. Howe agrees to maintain and insure all of its equinment
at ~tat3on W~1ttN. ' - -
THIS LEASE AGREF.MEr1'r shall be binding upon the parties hereto,
