YOU ARL HEREBY NOTIFISD that the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of St. Lucie County will offer for sale and sell the
following described property, together with improvements,
situate in St. Lucie and Martin Counties, to wit:

That certain piece, parcel or tract of land, situate, lying and
being in the County of Martin and State of Florida, knov~m and
