LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, FlOrida, based on the testimony and evidence, including but not limited to the staff report, has made the following determinations: Charles Jardel and Kathie Mahlschnee presented a petition to Define a Class "A" Mobile Home as a Detached Single-Family Dwelling Unit in the AR-1 (Agricultural Residential 1 du/acre) Zoning District for the property described below. On June 19, 2001, this Board held a public hearing on the petition, after publishing a notice of such hearing and notifying by mail all owners of property within 500 feet of the subject property. The Class "A" Mobile Home determination is consistent with all elements of the St. Lucie County Comprehensive Plan and has satisfied the standards of review set forth in Section 11.05.02(D) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida: The St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners has determined that the request of Charles Jardel and Kathie Mahlschnee to Define a Class "A" Mobile Home as a Detached Single-Family Dwelling Unit to be located on that property described as follows: Section 16, Township 36 South, Range 40 East; The east 552.50 feet of the south 250 feet of the north 606.9 feet of the northeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 - Less the east 23 feet for road right-of-way (3.04 AC) (TAX I.D. NO. 3416-411-0001-000/5). A copy of this resolution shall be placed on file with the St. Lucie County Community Development Director.
