and to effect a sale thereof on terms and conditions as follows: ~
(a) The proposed sale shall be a public sale held at the ~
East front door of the Courthouse in St. Lu~ie County, Florida,
after first publishing notice thereof once a week for three
consec~tive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in
St. Lucie County, Florida, and shall be in accordance with
the general legal requirements for such public sales.
(b) The minimum bid to be accepted by the Receiver
shall be a sum equivalent to the Plaintiff's claim for principal,
interest, court costs, attorney fees and any an~ all other items
of cost which may be allowable to Plaintiff in this action; and
' Plaintiff is authorized to bid at such sale and may credit its
bid the aforesaid sums; provided, however, it shall pay over to
the Receiver the sum of $100,00Q.00 of the aforesaid bid, in cash,
to be held by the Rec:eiver pending the further order of Court.
(c) Sale of the encumbered real and personal property shall
be subject to confirmation by this Court.
3. The said Receiver shall assume his duties hereunder forth-
with and immediately, anc~ shall execute and f ile with the Clerk of
this Court a good ar.d sufficient bond in the penal sum of
~100,000.00, payable as provided by law, with good and sufficient
surety or sureties, conditioned that he wili faithfully perform
