ASSIGNMENT OF ARTICLE OF AGREEMENT

I. Rnow that the FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE, a ~
corporation organized and existing under the laws of the ~
United 3tates and the State of Florida, having its principal
office at 501 Oranqe Avenue, Post Office Box 3469_, Fort~Pierce,
St. Lucie County, Florida, hereinafter referred to as the ~

Assignor, in consideration o~ TSN DOLI.ARS ($10:00) and other
good and valuable consideration paid by MAJOR EXCAVATING COMPANY.
INC., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of
the United States and th~ State of Florida, of 142 Arcade ~
Building, Post Office Box 716, Fort Pierce, St. Luae County, 4
Florida, hereinafter referred to as the Assignee, herein assigns
unto the Assignee that certain Article of Agreement as dated

June 5, 1972 made by MAJOR EXCAVATING COMPANY, INC., party of ~
the first part to L. B. LAWSON and LOLA M. LAWSON, his wife, ~
party of the second part, in the principal swa of $5,096.00 and ~
_ recorded on September 18, 1972, in the office of the Clesk of ~
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida, in ~
j O. R. Book 206 at page 1243, situate, lying and being:
I,ot 4, Block Greenacres Unit II Subdivision, St. Lucie County,
~ Florida. Together with a debi. described in such Artfcle of ~
Ag~reement.
II. To have and to hold the same unto the Assignee and
the successors, legal representatives, and assigns of said
Assignee forever.
