Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court

and by bim remitted promptly to MARIE TUCHOLSRI. In addition,

there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to

be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the

parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised
of their mailing and residence addresses at all times.

j transfer a 1971 Plymouth automobile to MARIE TUCHOLSKI as lump
~E sum alimony and shall do all things necessary to execute said
~f transfer of title, subject to the existing lien to be assumed

by MARTE TUCHOLSRI.

( ROBERT•TUCHCLSRI is hereby crdered to pay all medical

bills, hospital and drug bills in connection with the anticipat~

6. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of ~ ;
