Circuit Court, in and for St. Lucie County, in chancery, on the

ANNA RUTK JACKSON, Defendants.
The property involve3 is a certain condominium parcel
situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, more
particularly described as follows:

VENTURE OUT AT ST. LUCIE, INC., a Condominium,
according to the Declar~tion of Condominium thereof
recorded in Official Records Book 189 at page 1677,
