TEMPORARY ORD~R •
This matter having come before the Court upon the Wife's Motion
for Temporary Relief, and the Court having given full consideration to
all of the evidence, the arquments of counsel, and the stipulation of the
parties, and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. CUSTODY. Custody of JODY COLLINS, CHARLES COLLINS, JR. and
KIMBERLY ANN COLLINS, minor children of the parties, is herehy awarded to
JUDITH E. COLLINS, the Wife, with reasonable visitation riqhts reserved
to the Husband, CHARLES W. COLLINS.
2. SUPPORT. Commencing the 30th day of September, 1974, the Hus-

band shall pay to_the Wife the sum of $31.00 on the 2nd and 4th Friday of
every month for the support of the children named above. Additionally,
the Husband is to pay directly to the Wife's landlord the sum of $128.00
per month,' and the Husband shall give to the Wife exclusive possession o~ ?
` the home. Each $31.00 payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted pron~ptly to the Clerk. In addition, there is hereby
assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each paymen~

made to the Clerk.~ Al1 payments shall be made in cash, money order or ;
cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of j
this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
while this order is in effect.
3. TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby eu-
~oined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoyinq eac~
other.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers in Fort Pierce, Florida, this~~ ~
day of August, 1974.
