in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
I 1. Count I is hereby dismissed as to all
~ Defendants with the Plaintiff being granted twenty (20)

~ days leave within which to further plead.
2. Count II is hereby dismissed as to Defendants,
Lucille Costa and Lucille V. Costa, Inc., with the
Plaintiff being granted twenty (20) days leave within which
to further plead.
