Gateway Insurance Company, a Pennsylvania corporation, ~ ~ was authorized to and id transact an insurance business in Florida, ~ ' and has assets in Florida sufficient to warrant the appointment of an Ancillary Receiver. _ - 2. Sections 631.091, 631.131(2), and 631.152, Florida Statutes, authorize the Department of Insurance of the State of Florida to apply-to this Court for entry of an Order appointing it Ancillary Receiver of a foreign insolvent insurer for the purposes of liquidation, upon the appointment of a liquidator in the domiciliary state of any ~uch insurer. 3. That the Honorable Genevieve Blatt, Judge of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, by Order entered August 21, 1974, - ruled Gateway Insurance Company to be insolvent, placed said company in liquidation and appointed the Hon~rab2e William J. Sheppard in his official capacity as Insurance Commissioner of the State of Pennsylvania, as Statutory Liquidator of Gateway Insurance Company. ~ooK Pa~~ ~b~ ~ ; ~ ~ .-u~ _ . _ _
