The Respondent has assets in Florida including, but not limited to, securities on deposit with the State Treasurer in the approximate par value of ~325,000.00. ; WHEREFORE, it is ORDERED and ADJUI3GED that TH01?1AS D. 0'MALLEY, Florida Insurance Conunissioner and Treasurer, and head of the Department of Insurance of the State of Florida, is hereby appointed Ancillary Receiver of Gateway Insurance Company and he is authorized and directed to: . 1. Take immediate possession of all the property, assets, and estate, and all other property of every kind whatsoever and wheresoever Iocated in this State belonging to Gateway pursuant to Sections 631.152, 631.131(2), Florida Statutes, including but not limited to, offices maintained by the Respondent, rights of action, books, bonds, debentures and other securities, mortgages, furniture, ~ fixtures, office supplies and all real property of the Respondent, : I ~herever situate in Florida, and to hold all such assets subject to any rights of the Domiciliary Receiver~pursuant to Section 631.131(2), Florida Statutes, and other agplicable law, and pending .further orders of this CouMt. " 2. Liquidate the asse~s of Gatexay located in Florida, including but not limited to,funds held by Gateway agents, subagents, producang agents, brokers, solicitors, service representatives or others under agency contracts or othei~wise which are due and unpaid to Gateway, includ~ng unearned commissions, agents' balances, and agents' reserve funds, subject to orders of the Court and to any " rights of the Domiciliary Receiver, pursuant to Section 631.131(23, ' - i: and other applicable law. ; 3.
