IT IS FURTHER ORDERED and ADJUDGED that:
1. All persons, firms, corporations and ussociations
within the juri.sdiction of th°.s Court, including, but nat limited
to, the Respondent and its officers, di.rectors, ~tockholders,
' agents and employees be, and they are herehy, enjoined and restrained ~
;
from the further transaction of the business of insurance or dealing ;

with or disposing of the prop~rty or assets of Gateway Insurance
Company, or doing or permitting to be done any action whieh might
waste or dispose of the assets or allow or suffer the obtaining of -
judgments, attachments, writs of garnishment, or preferences or
other liens or the making of any levy or executian against the
Ancillary Rsceiver or Gateway Insurance Company or its assets or ~

any part thereof, and from interfering Mith the Ancillary Receiver's
possession and control of the property of Respondent within the
jurisdiction of this Court. . ~
2, All persons, corporations or associations within the

jurisdiction of this Court are hereby enjoined and restrained from
' commencing, maintaining or further prasecuting any action at law or I~

~ in equity or other proceeding against Gateway Insurance Company or
~ .
the Ancillary Receiver.
3. All insurance policies, bonds, surety contracts and
other contracts of insurance of Gateway Insurance Company now in
force shall continue in force-until 30 days from the date of the
entry of~this Order of Liquidation and shall be determined cancelled
~
as of 12:01 A.M., ^ 1974, except that
policies or contracts of insurance with normal expiration da:.es
prior thereto and policies terminated by insureds before such date, ~
shall stand cancelled as of such earlier date.
~ 4. Upon entry of this Order all previous orders by this
Court in this Cause entered pvrsuant to Sections 631.361 and
~ 631.041(2), Florida Statutes, are hereby vacated.
