FART`IAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNON ALL MEN BY THESE PRESEt~ITS:
WHEREAS, FIRST hATIONAI CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tlon organized under the laws af the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
. and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by 0utdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
s5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie~County, Florida,
encunbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
~ more particularly describ~d; as amended by Modi;ication of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amendi~g the sum s@cured
~ by an additional principal indebtedness of E1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk Ccunty, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgag~ Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207,_Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Flori~a, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion-and Ex~ension Agreement, d~ted June 27, 1973 and recorded
~ in Official Record 6ook 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and "
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested first National
Ctty Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
- part of the mortgaged premises, fram the lien and operation of said
martgage; - ~
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the ~ppurtenances, un~o the
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and fram the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair,
alter or diminish the eff~ct, ~ien or encunbrance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged property not released
hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
