This cause came on for hearing before me on ~
Plaintiffs' agplication for appointment of a receiver
as set forth in the Complaint filed herein, and the Court
having considered the same and supporting Affidavits, and ~
I it appearing to the Court that tY~e Plaintiffs are entitled
to an appointment of a receiver, and the Court being other-
wise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

a receiver is her~by granted, and SHERWQOD J. JOHNSON, is ~
hereby appointed as receiver of all and singular of the real ;
property forming the subject matter of this suit as more par-
~ ticularl described in Exhibit "B", attached to the Complaint

filed herein, together with all income, rents, issues and pro-
fits of said property, including all citrus trees growing-there-
on and all the citrus fruit growing upon such trees, and said
receiver is hereby directed and orderea te forthwith take pos-
session of said property and to take the same into his care,
custody and control, and is directed to maintain and preserve
the same in a proper manner and in particular, is directed to
