PROVII3ED, ALWAYS, NEVERTHELESS, and it is expressly understood and agreed that this
instrument subordinates said encumbrance insofar as same affects the rigLts and privileges of the Sta?te of
Florida in its use of the land specifically above described, for highwsy purposes on1Y, and that n°tl~ng
herein contained shall in any way affect, alter, impair, minimize or dimin3h iLe effect of said eacum-
hrance or the remedies at law or in equity for recovering thereout, or agaiast thes parties charSed ~~Y•
