BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
ROBERT C. ROSS, who being duly sworn, says that he is Attorney
for the Lienor herein, h'IGGS & MAALE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, TNC.,
a Florida corporation, whose address is 1225 Omar Road. West
Palm Beach, Florida, and that in pursuance of a contract with
COSTA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF FLORIDA, INC., Lienor fur-
nished labor, services or materials c~:~sisting of the
censtruction of an apartment project known as LaSagra on the
following described real property in St. Lucis County, Florida:
North 500 feet of Unit One of North
Beach Subdivision, Plat Book 7, page
50, St. Lucie County Public Records,
owned by COSTA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF FLORIDA, INC., and/or
LUCILLE V. COSTA, IL~C., of the total valu~e of $2,782,278.00, of
' which there remains unpaid $~~5, !p3•7~nd furnished the first
on or about February 7, 1973, and the la~t of the same on or
about June 7, 1974. He further says tt?at Lienor claims a lien
