KNOW ALL MEN BY THESB PRES~NTS, that we, COSTA DEVELOP-
MENT CORPORATION OF FLORIDA, INC., and LUCILLE V. COSTA, INC.,
corporations organized and existing under the laws of the State
of Florida, hereinafter referred to as "Principal", and SAFECO
INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA, a surety insur~r lic~nsed to do i
in the State of Fiorida, hereinafter referred to as ~

"Surety", are held and firmly bound unto Wiggs & Maale Con-
struction Co., Inc., a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred
to as "Obligee", in the sum of $ 3 D~~ 4! , lawful money of
the United States of America.
WHSREAS, Obligee has filed with the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of St. LuciE County, Florida, a third amended claim of
mechanic's lien dated August 1974, and recorde3 in O.It.
Book o? 31 at page ~I in the amaunt of $ Z~/~3.9~ . which
third amended claim of lien amends a second amended claim of
lien dated August 23, 1974, and.recorded in O.R. Book 23/ at .
page a first amended claim of lien dated July 16, 1974,
and recorded in O.R. Book 229 at- page 2289, and a claim of lien
dated June 14, 1974, and recorded in O.R. Book 228 at page 1943,
(all recording references being to the public records of St. Lucie
County. Florida), ag~.inst certain real property owned by Principal
in St. Lucie County, Florida, and more parti~ularly described
as follows:
The North 500 feet of Unit No. 1, NORTH BEACH SUB-
DIVISION, according to the plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 7, page 50 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, the condition of this obligation is such

that if Principal shall pay any judgment or decree'which may
be rendered for satisfaction of the lien for which the
aforementioned third amended claim of lien was recorded and
costs not to exceed $100.00, then this obligation shall be void; ~
otherwise the same shall remain in full force and effect,
it being e~pressly understood and agreed that t.t±e liability
