Subject to the followinq all of the provisiuns of the Declaration of
Condo:nini~ of k•indmill Village By The Sea Condominiisa No. 1 as record~d
in Official Reccrd Book 189 on pages 1887 through 2007, inclusive, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, including the Exhibits attached
thereto and taxes for the cu~rent year and restrictions, covenants, ease-
n.ents and reservations of record.
TOGSTHER with all the i:enements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
