The Grantee by acceptance of the foregoing Warranty Deed and ex-
ecution of this Acknowledgment and Ratification by Grantee, ack-
-nowledges receipt of copies ~f the Declaration of Condominium
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits,
and that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee
does further hei•eby ratify, confirm and approve all af said provi-

L~ASE as filed for record in Official Records Book 189 on pages
1829 through 188fi in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and the acts of the officers and Directors of WIND~iILL

corporation not for profit, in making and enteriag into said
