Defendants having moved the Court for an order directing
the Clerk of the.Court to issue a co~ission to take a deposition
out-of-state, and it appearing to the Court that the same is necessary
or convenient for the prosecution of this action, it is
ORDEREA, that the Clerk shall issue a com~ission to Scott
Tarter Court Reporting Firm of 1~317 Bank of the Southwest Building,
Houston, Texas, or one of his deputy n~tary publics, authorizing
him to take tiie deposition of Howard Thrift whose address i.s
4601 Holmes Road, Houston, Texas at 460I Holmes Road, Houston,
~ Texas, upon oral examination by counsel for the respective
~ parties and it is further
QRDERED, that counsel for the respective parties shall be
notified in writing of the time and place of examination, and that
the testimony given thereat shall be raduced to writing, signed
by the witness, sealed, certified by the examiner and delivered
to this Court by mail, and it is furtheZ
ORDERED, that a copy of this order shall be annexed to -
said commission.
