This cause coming on to be heard upon the Motion To Dismiss
and the Motion To Strike, filed herein by the Defendant, RICHARD L.
CROMER, d/b/a CROMER'S LOCK & REY SHOP, and the Court having heard
argument of coursel upon said Motion To Dismiss and being otherwise

I ORDERED AND ADJODGED as follows:
l. That said Motion To Dismiss be, and it is hereby,
granted.
2. That said Motion To Strike be, and it is hereby,
declared to be, t~erefore, a moot question.

Order; within which to file an amended complaint i.n this cause and
