THIS CAUSE coming on this day to be heard upon Petitioner"s
Petiton for Rule to Shaw Cause and a Rule to Show Cause having -
been entered inthis matter on the 20th day of August, 1974,
why the Respondent, BILLY BAIRD, should not be held in Conte~t
of this Court for failure to comply with this Court's Order
- entered December 27, 1972, it is
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said Respondent BILLY
BAIRD, he and he is hereby held in Contempt of this Court, and
I it is further
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said Respondent BILLY
BAIRD, may pu~rge nimse2f of the Contempt of this Court by making
~r causing to be made to the Clerk of the Court payments in the
~ sum of $10.00 per week as support payments for the minor ahildren
~ anci furttier, paying the sum of $5.00 per week in addition thereto
to pay the arra~rage in the sum of $270.U0 that has accrued as of
~ the date of this order. When said arrearage has been satisfied then
said payment shall be the total of $10.00 per week for support
of the aforesaid children. Payments shall begin September 2nd, 1974.
