THIS CAUSE was duly presented by the Assistant State At~.orney
and the Respondent being present in Court and the Caurt being
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent, HERBERT H. KILGORE, ~

JR. pay the to the Petitioner for the benefit of HERBERT HARRY
RILGORE, 16 years; BERNEICE ANN RILG012E, 14 years; JAMES WOODROW
RILGORE, 11 years; and MICHAEL JOSEPH RILGORE, 9 years minor
~ children, the sum of $200.00 per month plus and additional $1.00
I for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support
payments. These payments are to begin-on the lst day of September,
1974, and thereafter on the lst of each and every month that said
payments sha~l be iaade in cash, by cashier's check, or by postal

money arder to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and the said Clerk shall transmit ttie said payments to
$92.20 ~o the Wachovia Bank & Trust Co., Raleigh ,:vorth Carolina
and $107.80 to the Clerk af the Superior Court, Cumberland County,
Fayetteville, North Carolina, 28301, until the lst of November, 1974.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florid4 shall transmit the
said payments beginning the lst ef November, 1974 to the Clerk
of Superior Court, Cumberland County, Fayetteville, North Carolina. .
