This cause coming on_to be heard upon the Wife's Niotion
to Dismiss the abo~e entitled cause and it appearing to the
Court that the Husband, Edward LaHoda, has•not filed any
answer or defensive pleadings to the Petition filed herein,
and that the parties hexeto have reconciled and are now living
together as husband and wife, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above entitled cause be and
the same is hereby dismissed.
