The payment of this note ia Becured by a mortqage deed of eve~n
date herewith by the undersigned ta First Natia~c~al Bank of Fort Pierce,
upon certain real estate descrzbed therefaisituated in St. Lucis County,
Florida.
In the event Same Mission Board of Southern Baptist Convention,
ar order, or its assigns, shall became the holder of this note t&en
this note may ~e prepaid up tro ~0~ of the oriqinal balance in any one
year without penalty. In the event of payment of note in full resulting
from refinancing with another lending institution, sixty (60) days
notice shall be qiven to Home Mission Board of the Southern Baptist
~onvention in writing. Any prepaymeat penalty that may be charqed
the church ~ill depend upon~the penalty that may be imposed upon Home
Mission Boa~d of the Southern Baptiat Conveation in the prepayment of
its borrowed funds - said penalty to be set or waived at the discretion
of the church loans com~aittee of Home Missioh Board of the Southern
B~ptist Convention.
