County, Florida, and Clerk of the Gounty Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida, by and through my duly designated and auth~+rized under-
_signed Deputy Clerk, hereby csrtify tha t SUPERIOR PAINTING AND
DECORATING COMPANY, INC., a Florida corporation, the Lienee, and
HU'SCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, the Owner of the following
de~cribed real property, loca~ed and situated in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit~
Lands, tenements and hereditaments described in
"Schedule A", pages 1-4, attached hereto and ,

made a part hereof; -
have deposited in the Registry of this Court, in cash, the sum of
Three Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy and 53/100 Dollars ($3,970.53), .
representing the full amount of the Claim of Lien filed in this
Office by BILL'S PAINTING AND DECORATING on July 23, 1974, and

~ of the publ.ic records of St. Lucie County, Florida, the full amount
of said Claim of Lien being the sum of Three Thousand Two Hundred
Eighty and ~1/100 Dollars ($3,280.11), together with interest thereon
from June 6, 1974, arid One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) costs, pursuant
to Section 713.24(1)(a), Florida Statutes, F.S.A., and that I have
fully complied with Section 713.24(1)(b), Florida Statutes, F.S.A.,
by making and recording this certificate showing the transfer of
the li~n claimed from the real property described in sai3 Claim Of
Lian to said cash deposit, conditioned to pay any judgment or decree
which may ~e rendered for the satisfaction of the lien for which
said Claim Of Lien was recorded and costs not to exceed One Hundred
