undersigned attorneys and respectfully represents unto the Court as
follQws :
1. That on or about June 11, 1973 a Default Judgment was
entered against the Iiusband, CARL F. HAMII~TON, for failure to file
any answer or defensive pleadings to the Petition filed herein.
2. That Notice has been served upon counsel of reeord for
the Wife to Dismiss the above entitled cause for lack of prosecution
on September 10, 1974. ~
; 3. That the Wife has obtained a hearing on September 4,

1974 at 9:00 o'clock A.M. to offer testi.mony and obtain a Final
Judgment of Dissolutior. of Marriage in the above entitled cause. -

WHEREFORS, it is Frayed that an Order be entered remaving
it fran the list of cases to be dismissed for a want of prosecution
