ORDBR AM]31IDING FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause coming to be heard upon the Motion of the
Wife to amend the Final Judgment and to restore her to her maiden ~
name of SANDR~1 SUZANI~ SIRMANS, supported by an Affidavit from
the Wife, and it appearing to the Court that entry of the Order
would in no way prejudice the Husband, and the Court being advised
in the premises, -
It is therefore ORDERED as €ollows:
1. The Final Judgment previously entered herein August 2,
1974~is amended to add a 6th~paragraph as follows:
I~ "6. S~ANDRA S. JE~NGS be and she is hereby
authorized to assume her former name of ~
S~ANDRA SUZANI~ SIRMANS and to use the
same in all respects as if the caarriage
had not intervened."
ORDERI~D at Fort Pierce, Florida, this day of
August, 1974.
