D.. 1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of ~ the parties and subject and matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; anc~ that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between EUGENE A• WHITTEN and ELSA E. WHITTEN be and the same is hereby dissolved. and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofare existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~ 2. pslNipNY: Conu??encing tlie first day of September, ~974. ~ EUGENE A. WHITTEN shall pay to ELSA E. WHITTEN the swn of $200.00 each and every month, as periodic alimony, said payments continuing until such ti.me as ELSA E. WHITTEN ren?arries or until her demise.~ 3. TRANSPORTATION EXPENSES: EUGENE A. WHZTTEN shall pay to ELSA E.
