~1NEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa- .
. tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and hol~er by assignment af the f~'.lnwing mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, ta=wit:
~ A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et ~eq., Rublic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, -
encwrbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more-particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.G0 ~nd
also encumbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of ~tortgage Deed rras recorded in Official Record ~
Book 207, Paqe 857, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
~ounty, Flori@a, and as further amended by Mortgage t4odifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and - ' ~
WNEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has rec~uested First Nationa] ~
City Ea~k to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage ;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the prernises and the sum of TEN AND 00/100--------------- DOLLAP.S
AND OTH~R VALUABLE CONSIDERATIONS

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fran the
lien and oaeration of said mortgage, unto the said mor~gagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain aortion of the property conveyed
by said mortgage more particularly described as follows:
