ORDER ON MOTION FOR CONTSMP`P
This cause came on to be heard on August 29, 1974 on
Wife's Motion for Contempt Order, and the Court having heard
testimony of the Husband, and the Court being fully adivsed in
the premises,
It is thereforeORDERFsD as follows:
1. The support payments Ordered in Paragr.aph 4A of the -
Final Judgment dated February 2, 1972 are hereby reduced by
Ten ($10.00) Dollars due to JOHN AL7~AN I~?MPFF. JR• attaining his
majority on Aug~ist 8, 1974.

2. The Court finds and determines that the Husband is
in arrears in child support payments in the sum of One Thousand
Eighty-Five ($1,Q85.00) Dollars since entry of the O rder on August
17, 1973 at which time the Husband was adjudyed to be in arrears
Four Hundred ($400.00) Dollars; the Court determines that the total
ar=earage now aggregates the sum of One Th~usand Four Hundred ~ighty-
Five ($1,485.00) Dollars.
3. The Husband, JOHI~T A. IQ~MPFF, is hereby held in contempt
of this Court and sentenced to serve thirty (30) full days in the
~ounty jail of St. Lucie County, Florida; said sentence is suspended
upc,n the following condition: commencinq Th~~rsday, August 2~, 1974,
'the Husb3nd shalt pay to the ~lerk of this Court Twenty-Five ($25.00)
