an the arrearage of One Thousand ~our Hundred Eighty-Five ($1,485.00)
Dollars and One ($1.00) Dollar as statutory costs for a total weekly
payment of One Hundred One ($101.00) Dollars. The Clerk of this
Court shall promptly remit all payments to JOS$PHINS L. I~MPFF at
1005 Martinique Aventie, Fort Pierce, Flor~da. Both of the parties
are Ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
Upon full payment of the arrearage of One Thousand Four Hundred
$ighty-Five ($1,485.00) Dollars, the weekly support payments of
the Husband shall revert to the sum of ~enty-Five ($25.00) Dollars.
4. Upon failure of the Husband to make the payments
-provided for in Paragraph 3 above, upon the filing with this Court
of an Affidavit to that effect, a Commitment Order will be issued
without further notice to the Husband, JOHN A. IQ~MPFP'. In the
event the Husband is committed to the county jail of St. Lucie
, County, Florida, for failing to make the payments specified in this -

Order, he may purge himself and terminate that comtaitment by payment
' of all sums in arrears.
5. The Husband shall be mailed a copy of this Order at
Thrift-T Apartments #10, 3502 South U.S. l, Fort Pierce, Florida.
