MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME
Comes now the Defendant, CHRYSLER CREDIT CORPORATION, by
its undersigned attorneys, and shows unto the Court the following:
1. This cause is on appeal to the District Court of Appeal,
4th District of Florida.
2. That the reporter's notes were transcri.bed, certified
and filed with the Clerk of this Court on July 29, 1974.

3. That the reporter has misplaced or lost the original ~
court file or at least cannot or will not divulge its whereabouts,
which the Clerk of this Court needs to co~lete his acts relating to
the preparation of the Record on Appeal. Hence, copies of the {

original court file will be required in lieu of the originals.

4. T'hat at least thirty (30) days from the date hereof
will be required in order for the Clerk to furnish the copies
necessary to complete his-acts relating to the preparation of
the Record on Appeal.
WHEREFORE, the defendant requests an order be entered
extending the time for the filing and transmittal of the Record
on Appeal to and_including the 30th day of September, 1974.
