Failure to e:etrise these options shall not constitute a waiver of the right to exerrise the same in the event of any subsequent default. It is further ssgreed that the Maker and each endorser, surety, guarantor. jointly and aeveraliy, shall pay all coats of collection of this Note, inc[uding a reasonable uttorney's fee. an failure to pay any Instalment Payment or any acerued intetest due hereunder on the due date thereof. This Note and all sums due hereunder shaU bear interest at the highest } lawful rate o[ intetest per annum in the State of Florida from the date when the principal and acrrued interest under _ this Note shall be due and payable.
