PARTIAL RELEASE OF MQRTGAGE i
KNOt~ ALL ME~: 6Y THESE PRESENTS:
NHEREAS, FIRST NATIOyAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organixed under the laws of~the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mort~ages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of Octolier,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
ES,lOQ,O~l~.00 and recorded in Official Record 6ook 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in ~t. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Flodification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
' by an additional principal indebtedness of 51,112,392.00 and
also encumbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed ~~ras recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Paqe 867, et seq., Rublic Records of St. Lucie
County, Flor~da, ~nd as further amended by Mortgage I?lodifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
1n Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WNEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First t~ational
Cit~r Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operatfion of said
mortgage; ~
