ligations of the parties hereunder shall cease and determine. Should PUR-
CHASgt so elect to purchase said pr~erty, said s~n shall constitute a part

2. PURCHASER is hereby ~ar_ted the right to enter ~on the property co~er~ed
- by this option for the pur~ose of maldng subsoil tests in the foYm of test bo~
in~ and ~est pits of r~easonable size and in required locations. It is imder-
stood tha.t PURCHASER'S ~bligation to acquire said property, in addition to the
other ter~ of this option, is comji~ioned upon the results ~f such soil tests
being satisfactory to meet the requirements for such building or tvwer founda-
tion as ma~y be necessary and for a septic tank drain field if such is required

on these prem~ses. If not satisfactory, this Agc~eement shall then be of no
effect and the option moneS• shall be r{eturned to PURCHASII3. PURCHASER ex-
plicit]y agr~ees to replace all quantities of soil displaced by such tests and
resto~e ~he surface of said property to its foYmer condition in the event for
ar~r ~eason this transaction is not consurma.ted. PURCHASII3 is also gx~anted the
~ right, at expense of PURCHASER, to have tne above mentioned property surveyed
~ by a ~egister~d civil engineer.

Agreement, such abstract of ~itle to said p~operty as SF~,IEFiS ~y ha.ve . Ex-
~eY~ for state, county, and miutjcipal ad valoz~em taxes for the current year
not yet di:e and payable, title in SII~ is to be f~ee and clear of all liens
and encimibrances of every kind arid character, including all taxes and oil, ~as,
mineral, or drair~age r~servations or easements.
4. PUF~CfiASER shall have thir~ty (3b) da~ys after giving nati~e of election to
pur+chase to continue exarrr`inaticn of the title to said property and to consi.mrnate
the purchase the~eof. If on said examination of title it shouZd appear at ar~ =
