of the Sstate of W. A. PAIi~IER, Deceased, Parties of the First Part,

The Parties of the First Part, pursuant to Order of the ~
Circuit Court of St.Lucie County, Florida, dated August 1974,
and in consideration of the premises and of the full payment of an
Agreement previously entered into between W. A. PALMER and the
Grantee herein, and other good and valuable considerati.on in
hand paid, grant, }aargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and

confirm to the Parties of the Second Part and to their heirs,
successors and assigns forever, that certain real property situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 11, Block 9, SUNNY ACRES SUBDIVISION, as per

the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
