If a conveyanc~ should be made by the m~rtgagors of the premises herein described, or any part
thereof, without thP written consent of the Assouation, and without assumption in regular form of ~
law Hy the grantee of the obligations tc the Association created by said promissory note and this mort-
gege, then, and in that event, and at the option of the Association, and without notice, all sums of
money secured hereby shali immediately aAd.coneu~rently w.ith such conveyance be~ome ciue and pay-
able and in defautt. The Association reserv~, fhTe~'rigi~t•-to ~vfithhold consent to any such conveyance ~
and assumption until and unless satisfact~ ~inancial ~epprts and other personal data required by the ~
Association are furnished to the As5oT1~R~'by the ~Sarty acquiring title to the premises, or any part
thereof. By giving its consent to such v e, the l~sociation shall not be deemed to have reteased
the mortgagor hereu~der from any liab~y~~~r• ~he~ociation may dea) with successors in in-
terest with reference to this mortage and the debt hereby secured in the same manner as with the
mortgagors, and may forbear to sue or may extend time for payment_ of the debt, secured hereby, or
otF~erwise act without discharging or in any way affecting• the -liebility of ~the mortgagors hereunder
or upon the debt hereby secured. The Association rr?ay also deal with the Mortgagors and/or with
~ successors in inte~est with reference to this mortgage and the debt hereby secured by forbearing to
suc, extending the time for payment of the debt, providing 4or different monthly payments and/or a
different interest rate, and by other express modifications of the contract, witheut losing any prioriry
the Association has over ether mortgagees or lienors or holders of any junior interest in the property
secured hereby.
Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or aFpurte~ances now o~ hereaiter erected there-
on or placed therein, inciuding all apparatus, equipme~t, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or
centrally controllcd, used to supply heat, gas, ai~ conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventila-
tion or other services, and any other thing now or hereafter therein or thereon, including screens, window
~ t shad~; storm doors and winc3ows, fioor coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water heaters
~°(all o which are intended to be and are here5y declared to be a part of said real estate whether phys~c-
ally attached thereto or not); and also together with all easements and the rents, issues and profits of
said prea~ises which are hereby pledged, assigned, transferred and set over unto ihe Mortgagee, whether
now due or hereafter to become ciue as provided in the S~~pplemental Ag~eement secured hereby. The
Mortgagee is hereby subrogated to the rights of all mortoages, lienholders and orvners paid off by pro- ~
ceeds of the lca~~ hereby secured.
