This cause came on for heara.ng before the Court on
defendaat TR$ATM$NT SYSTEMS, INC.'s motion for supersedeas
and the Court having heard testi~tony and having considered
argument of counsel, and being fully advised in the premi~es, -
it is thereupon ~
ORDER~D AND ADJUDGED as follows: _

l. Said motion is hereby granted and all furthe~r pro-
ceedings for the enforcement of the final judgment entered
herein shall be stayed upon said defendant fully complying
' with each of the followinq conditions:

Court the sum of-$9,878.63, beinq the principal, interest,
taxes and late charges now due and owing under the mortgage ~
held by the plaintiff.

the registry of this Court the sum of $1,433.48 on the 29th ~

day of each month durinq the appeal of this action, said sum
