KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: ~

WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITf theKUnitedtStatesbofkiAmerica~cis ~
tion organized under the laws o
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mQrtgage deed, executed the 14th day of October, ~
1970, by OutdaQr Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusefits Business Trust, securing ~
~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, ~
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein ;
more particularly described; as am~nded by Modification of ~
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands.in Polk Courtty, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in.Official Record
. Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie ~
County, Flor~~da, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, date~ June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
NNEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has.requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, fran the lien and operation of sa~d ~
mortgage; ~
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of ~
the preniise~ and the sum of Twelve Thousand Five Nundred Twelve ~

TO NAVE AND TO HOLD the sarr~e, with the appurtenances, unto the
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said Fiortgage; provided, always,.
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair,
