HomeMy WebLinkAbout1572 , t ~ f 'y i OCEAN VILLAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND DTGLARATION OF COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS , ~ KNOW ALL MEN 8Y THESS PRESENTS: WHEREAS, HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITEO PARTNERSBIP, a Florida limited partnership, is the owner of certain lands located in St. Lucie County, Florida, a portion of which lands are describ~d in "Exhibit A" attached hereto; and i WHEgEAS, HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED ~ARTNERSHIP is ! developing said lands and is desirous of placinq from time to time certain covenants and restrictions upon thei~ use and to cause said CQVenants and Restrictions to benefit, burden and run with ~he aforesaid lands; - NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises and for other qood and valuable considerations, the said HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, hereinafter called "Developer" does hereby for itself and its successors and ~ assigns restrict the use as hereinafter pr~vided, of the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto (which, together with such additional land as the Developer may from time to time - submit to the provisions of this Declaration, is hereinafter I ~ ~ - described as the "Property°), and does hereby place upon said I Propericy certain covenants and restrictions as follows: 1. Property Owners' Association 1. The owner of any lot, condominium parcel or other fee interest in the Property shall, upon the acguisition of said interest, become a member of Ocean Village Property Owners' Association, Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation, and said member and his ownership interest shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of said Property Owners' Association as well as to these Covenants and Restrictions and other documents of record.
