Said corporation is here~.nafter referred to as the "Association". The members of the ABR shall not be entitled to any compensation in connection with the performance of their functions as such, unless otherwise agreed at the time o~ their appointment. 3. No building or structure existing'on the Property or subsequently emplaced and approved by the ABR shall be ~.~sed for a purpose other than that for which the building or struc~ure was oriqinally designed, without the approval of the ABR. 4. No fence, wall, tree, hedge or shrub planting shall be maintain~d in such manner as to obstruct sight lines for vehicular traffic. Except as r~ay be required to comply , with the prior sentence, no tree of a diameter of more than I - ~ four inches measured two feet above ground level, lying without the approved building driveway and parking areas, shall be removed with the approval of the ABR. 5. No noxious or offensive activity shall be ~ carried on upon any portion of the Property, nor shall anything be done therefln that may be or become a nuisance or annoyance to the neighborhood. 6.
